The rear deck with a table/chairs and gas grill can be accessed from this level. The HVAC was just replaced with a 2.5 ton Rheem unit. The upper and lower levels have PTAC units for individual heating and air on each level. The upper PTAC is new. While this unit did $40k in rental income the owner stays in the cabin often and allows his friends and family to stay.
